Bookings will be taken from Saturday to Saturday. Tenancies commence at

2pm. And terminate at 10am. On the day of departure. (The property is cleaned on departure ready for next occupancy, however tenants are responsible for leaving the accommodation as they found it on arrival).

The property owners cannot beheld responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by any hirer, member of party or visitor on/at the property however caused.

Cancellation of holidays more than eight weeks before the start date will be charged at 10% of weekly rental, if cancelled between eight to two weeks 30% of weekly rental, if cancelled within last two weeks no refund will be made unless alternative dates can be offered.

Declaration: I declare that I am over 18 years of age and I agree to be held responsible for the total rental period specified. I undertake to take care of the property and its belongings in which I am renting. I agree that should any breakages or damages to the property/articles which may have occurred be taken out of my £50 refundable deposit.

I agree to return the key on departure and there is strictly a no smoking policy inside the premises and no pets, and that any breach of this may lead to loss of my deposit for any additional cleaning.
